The shelfbeyondthe two main lines.
PPG and Enco are the lines we carry in depth. These two cover jobs those lines do not, and we hold them in smaller quantities to match.

Lanco
- Known for

- Chemistry
- Silicone, acrylic, urethane
- Also does
- Sealants, primers, cool roof

- Contractors and property owners
Roof coatings and waterproofing systems.
Lanco specialises in weatherproofing: roof coatings in silicone, acrylic and urethane, waterproofing systems and their primers, sealants for gaps and cracks, and cooling coatings that reflect heat off a roof deck.
It is contractor stock rather than decorator stock. The products most often asked for are Siliconizer, Ultra Siliconizer, Urethanizer, CoolGuard and Aqua-Proof Primer, usually for a flat roof that has started to fail.
We hold a working selection rather than the full catalogue. If a roof needs a complete system specified, tell us the deck type, its age and what is already on it, and we will order the right combination in.
Zinsser WaterTite
- Known for
- Masonry waterproofing
- Rated to
- 34 psi water pressure
- Goes onto
- Dry, damp or wet masonry
- Finish
- Non-yellowing white, smooth
Masonry waterproofing for damp and wet walls.
Zinsser makes primers and problem-solving coatings, and WaterTite is the product we are asked for by name. It is a waterproofing paint combining a waterproofing resin with Portland cement, rated to hold back up to 34 psi of water pressure.
It can be applied to masonry that is dry, damp or wet, above or below grade, which is why it is used on retaining walls, cistern surrounds and the inside face of block walls that sweat. It also resists the recurring efflorescence that lifts ordinary paint off concrete and brickwork, and it dries to a smooth white rather than the sandy finish common to these products.
This is a repair product rather than a decorative one. It is applied by brush or roller and needs a full cure before anything else is applied over it.
Ask first
We do not hold these brands in the depth we hold PPG and Enco, and what is on the shelf on any given week is a working selection rather than a range. Call before you travel for something specific, and if it is a whole roof or a whole basement, tell us the substrate and we will order the right system in rather than sell you what happens to be in stock.
